Tasting Notes
The Experience
A dark, intense cigar with a very clear identity from the first few draws.
The opening was probably my favorite part, with a deep natural sweetness from the wrapper, joined almost immediately by black pepper, toasted notes and a darker bitter-sweet character. Not caramel or honey sweetness, but something deeper and more roasted.
As it developed, the cigar stayed remarkably consistent. Pepper, dark sweetness, toasted flavors and bitterness remained at the center, delivering a structured and deliberately bold profile without moving toward a creamier or rounder expression.
The final third stayed true to that same character, reinforcing the blend’s strength and personality.
Final Thoughts
“An interesting, well-defined cigar with plenty of intensity and purpose. I can appreciate exactly what it’s trying to deliver, even if its darker, pepper-forward profile sits a little outside the center of my palate.”
