Tasting Notes

The Experience

A rustic and distinctive cigar with plenty of personality. What stood out most was how different the profile felt from many of the cigars I’ve smoked recently.

Damp earth, toasted nuts and cedar led the experience, joined by a subtle natural sweetness and an interesting vegetal, almost fresh-leaf character. A slightly oily texture and gentle spices added another layer to the profile.

Rather than going through major transitions, the cigar remained remarkably consistent from beginning to end. For my palate, I would have enjoyed a little more evolution toward the final third, but I appreciated its unusual character and the opportunity to experience something different.

Final Thoughts

“A cigar worth exploring for those who enjoy rustic, earthy and vegetal profiles with a steady personality.”
