91 out of 100. My Score: the CigarSolace Scale
A serious, mature cigar with a clearly defined identity.
The Experience
A serious, mature cigar with a clearly defined identity.
From the first draws, toasted wood, clean earth and pepper took the lead. It’s a profile that could easily become dry or aggressive, but here everything felt integrated and deliberate. The tobacco came across as well-aged, structured and refined.
As the cigar developed, the toasted and woody character remained at the center, with the earth and spice adding depth rather than competing for attention. The final third naturally intensified, but the balance held together and the cigar never lost its composure.
What I enjoyed most was that this proved something important about my palate: I don’t need every cigar to be creamy or sweet. I can really enjoy a darker, drier, more robust profile when the tobacco feels mature and the flavors are well integrated.
Final Thoughts
“Serious, toasted, earthy and full of character. A very good example of how intensity can work when it comes with balance and quality.”
