About Rituales con Humo
Rituales con Humo is a local brand I met in person: in April 2026 I met them at a cigar gathering and watched the rolling up close. Its best-known cigar is El Charlie.
The first El Charlie I smoked had a San Andrés wrapper over Dominican and Nicaraguan tobacco. The updated blend has a Corojo wrapper and a San Andrés binder, and felt more refined and balanced to me. I have three notes on El Charlie, between 87 and 88 points: a classic, balanced, medium-bodied cigar that pairs well with a cappuccino.
