Mayflower Cigars is the brand of Michael Knowles, host of The Michael Knowles Show for The Daily Wire. He chose the name because four of his ancestors came to America on the Mayflower. The cigars are made by Oliva and sold directly through the brand's website.
It started with two blends. The Dawn has an Ecuadorian Connecticut-seed wrapper, a Cameroon binder and Nicaraguan filler, in Robusto, Toro and Churchill. The Dusk has an Ecuadorian habano wrapper, a Sumatran binder and Nicaraguan filler.
My note is the Dawn Toro, a well-built, balanced Connecticut, at 85 points.
