About San Cristóbal

San Cristóbal was created in 2007 by Robert Levin of Ashton, and that year Ashton began having it made in Nicaragua by the García family. It is rolled at their My Father Cigars factory in Estelí, the same factory that makes La Aroma de Cuba.

The original San Cristóbal is a Nicaraguan puro. Other lines followed: Selección del Sol, with a Nicaraguan sun-grown wrapper; Elegancia, with an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper; and Revelation, with an Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper, which debuted at the 2013 IPCPR trade show in round and box-pressed sizes.

I have three San Cristóbal notes. The Elegancia Churchill scored 91.
